HiveMind exists to solve one of the most fundamental problems in enterprise technology: making organizational knowledge accessible, connected, and useful. We believe that every company has a vast reservoir of knowledge — trapped in the heads of employees, buried in documents, scattered across systems — and that unlocking this knowledge is the single most impactful thing technology can do for an organization.

Our mission is to build the definitive knowledge infrastructure layer that captures everything an organization knows and makes it accessible to every employee and AI agent.

The Problem We're Solving

Organizations lose an estimated 40% of their institutional knowledge with every departing employee. Engineers spend 30% of their time just searching for information. Teams duplicate work because they cannot find existing solutions. And as AI automation becomes the norm, AI agents need structured, reliable company knowledge to operate effectively — but no such system exists.

The current landscape of wikis, shared drives, and chat threads was not designed for this. These tools create information silos, not knowledge networks. They store documents, not understanding. They are passive, not intelligent.

Our Approach

HiveMind is a living knowledge layer, not another document repository. We combine multiple knowledge capture methods — voice, text, file uploads, system integrations — with AI-powered organization and a dynamic knowledge graph that maps relationships between concepts, systems, teams, and people.
